Designed for the serious sailor, Arkansas courtesy flags are 100% marine-tough nylon, manufactured to withstand damaging sun, wind and salt exposure.  Bright colors, finished with canvas heading and solid brass grommets.  12" x 18". 

Arkansas is the only state to mine diamonds in the United States and this is symbolized by the blue diamond.  The top blue star shows that Arkansas was a member of the Confederate States of America during the Civil War.  The other three blue stars represent France, Spain and the United States, all have held sovereignty in the area.
